You are guided with pulsating music to explore moving energy through and aligning your Chakras with breathwork that activates your DMT, or Dimethyltryptamine. This process combines a circular breathing technique, making sounds that activate the Vagas Nerve, movement as participants feel moved to do so, physical contact from the facilitator that correlate with the Chakras, and the music!
